OhmoraIQ is operated by OhmoraIQ. When you use the service, you are contracting with OhmoraIQ. You can reach us any time at ssimons@voltiqlearning.com. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

You need an account to save progress. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up.

OhmoraIQ summarizes and drills concepts from the 2023 National Electrical Code. It is study material, not legal or engineering advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFPA. Always verify requirements against the published code and your local amendments before performing work. You are responsible for any installation you make.

The first five articles are free forever. Journeyman Pro unlocks every article, lab, exam and the review drill for $14 per month. The subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel, and the price you signed up at is the price you keep unless we tell you in advance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your billing location.

You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

If Journeyman Pro is not what you expected, email ssimons@voltiqlearning.com within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that window, you can cancel any time and will not be charged again, but partial months are not refunded. If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, email us and we will refund it regardless of timing.

OhmoraIQ owns the service and everything in it — the lessons, labs, simulations, question bank, software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own study while your account is in good standing. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent the law allows. Study content may contain errors — always verify against the published NEC and your local amendments.

Don't resell, scrape, or republish the lessons, labs or question bank, and don't share one account across a company. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
